FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. By contacting us we can, with your permission, roll-back any assessment to any date you want.

  2. Yes, any number of files can be attached to any object (assessment, risk, measure, etc.). 

    This feature was added to UXRisk late 2016, any customers signed up before that will need to update their template in order to get this feature. Please contact Support if you need help with this.

  3. By using one of the options from the support page.

  4. Yes, for participating in a Workshop or being responsible for a measure, anyone can be invited by the end user by using the UXRisk app (just click the plus sign when selecting users anywhere in the UXRisk app, e.g. when selecting participants for a workshop).

  5. The easiest way to do this is to enter the Hierarchy Overview from the UXRisk app Start page.

  6. The easiest way to get an overview of your own information is to enter one of the “My tiles” in the UXRisk app Start page (My Assessments, My Risks etc.). 

  7. When a Risk Assessment is open, go to the folder called Identify Risks. All risks can be added from here.

  8. On the UXRisk app Start-up screen there is a button called “New Assessment”. By clicking this, a new Assessment is created. Just follow the instructions given by the solution.

  9. Measures are used extensively in UXRisk. You will be notified (e-mail) when a new measure is assigned to you, when deadline has expired, when a measure is completed and so on. The process for notification can be adjusted using the Template Editor. It is not necessary to use the UXRisk app for following up measures (a simplified web form and/or e-mail is sufficient).

  10. There are no limits when it comes to number of risk assessments that can be added.

  11. For most users UXRisk will be perceived as a single-sign-on solution. The user normally doesn't log-on to the solution at all. The reason for this is that UXRisk can be set up using Azure Active Directory that is the same as most organizations use for their own internal network solution. It is possible to also use social log-on.

  12. UXRisk is a cost effective, user friendly, adjustable and fully functional modern Risk Management solution for all kinds of companies. The look and feel of using UXRisk solution will make any other solution look old fashioned.

    UXRisk is a SaaS Cloud solution which takes advantage of the benefits Cloud Technology offers such as availability, economy of scale and global footprint. At the same time it is fully configurable being a Template based solution. UXRisk runs on Windows Azure, which provides UXRisk to small, medium and large organisations with a high degree of security. UXRisk is a fast and responsive modern business solution, with powerful integration opportunities with existing onsite solutions.

    The user experience is what makes UXRisk unique compared with other business solutions. Most users will be introduced to UXRisk through natural adoption. The interaction with UXRisk is initiated through day to day tools like intranet, alerts, e-mail, SMS etc. The user interface for all end users is modern and easy to use so that no software training is needed.

  13. The first version of UXRisk is developed for ISO 31000. To create more templates tailored for other processes is easy. By using the Template Editor it is possible to adjust to any process as mentioned in this question.

  14. This is a planned functionality to be released by the end of 2016.

  19. UXRisk supports unlimited number of users accessing all data at the same time. Data that other users change will constantly be visible for everyone. If there is a conflict (two users update the same data at the same time) UXRisk will notify users who can select what information to keep.
